A homey place to stay, feels like you're in Bali, and aesthetics in every corner. The staff is very friendly. Best homestay. Minuses: 1. The AC is noisy. 2. The shower head is small.

The hotel staff is friendly, the place is very comfortable and fragrant, the room is okay and clean, the bathroom is also clean, staying there when it rains is really comfortable, the hotel guests are mostly from abroad, if I go to Jogja I want to stay here again. Always consider Happy Buddha as home, comfortable. Have stayed here many times, and never failed. Most comfortable when we have checked out, and the train schedule is still a long way off-we are still allowed to stay there (even allowed to take a shower) until departure time. All areas are comfortable for waiting, and even working, All staff are always super friendly! Thank you.

The place is comfortable and strategic, the owner is cool, friendly and has fun hanging out at the outside table. The indoor and outdoor bathrooms are spacious, the hot water works, the AC is cold. And it's nice to be able to leave things if our train leaves at night. Best indeed.

Basically, if you go to Jogja, you really have to stay at Happy Buddha. Positive vibes, close to everywhere, and instagrammable place. Perfect for healing, right?
