Nice hotel, top breakfast both in terms of taste and variety, spacious rooms, but unfortunately the swimming pool, especially the warm water one, is a bit dirty.

The accommodation is very comfortable, child friendly too 🥰

Overall, it's very good, family-friendly, and kid-friendly. In the future, there could be more kids' activities and the breakfast could be improved.

We chose a transit hotel before heading to Ciwidey, just 5 minutes from the toll exit. The staff promptly helped us with our bags when we arrived and our children were already asleep. The children's facilities are complete, including a mini zoo, playground, and swimming pool.

Stayed during the end of May long weekend. Location was great, easy to access only minutes from the toll gate. Breakfast had a lot of varieties, but the taste could be better. The swimming pool was the best, with a separate warm water pool and water bucket.

Had a fun staycation here with my family. Checking in, we immediately jumped into the warm pool, which is open until sunset. Even at night, some people were still swimming. The next day, we had a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of dishes. We then went to the minizoo and playground. The minizoo is currently under renovation. The staff were friendly, there was free mirror art, the rooms were clean, and so on. But being asked to rate breakfast was a downside.

I've stayed here several times and it's always fun and I never get bored.

I brought my family here to stay and recommended it to my business associates. The restaurant is spacious, the food is varied, and the prices are reasonable.

1. Check-in was fast and we got our room quickly, even though it was a long weekend ✅ 2. The staff were all friendly ✅ 3. Very kid-friendly, the mini zoo isn't mini anymore, hehe. There are lots of animals, and the swimming pool has warm water and is large, with lots of choices for both children and adults. 4. Ample parking. 5. The lobby smells clean, and the bathroom and prayer room are clean. The only downside is the prayer robes, hopefully they'll be given new and fragrant ones. The ones I've worn are a bit unsuitable, with a smell and loose straps. Overall, 4/5. I'd recommend coming back for another staycation here with my family. This is definitely for a staycation, because if you go to the city, it's a long way, hehe, you have to take the toll road to get to Bandung. However, there are plenty of eateries around the hotel, so it's safe ✅ Hopefully, the shortcomings can be improved. Oh yes, the staff also made sure to address any shortcomings during our stay ☺️
