Tôi nhận phòng trễ, khách sạn xếp tôi vào phòng không đúng như đã đặt và báo phòng trên tầng trên đã hết. Sau khi khiếu nại thì tôi đã được đổi lên phòng tầng trên. Ấn tượng ban đầu không tốt lắm nhưng bù lại phòng đẹp. Đầy đủ tiện nghi.

Tất tuyệt vời đây là lần thứ 2 tôi quay lại lần trước cũng vào ngày 20/6 nhưng là năm 2019 sau 2 năm cũng vô tình trùng ngày trùng tháng

Nhìn chung về khách sạn mới, vị trí thuận tiện. Nhưng mình đặt phòng 1 giường lớn nhưng khi nhận phòng là 2 giường nhỏ. Mình không hài lòng về cách phục vụ, khi có người trong phòng nhưng nhân viên quét dọn vẫn vô tư mở cửa phòng vào dọn dẹp. Còn đâu mọi thứ rất ok

Khách sạn có vị trí tốt, bể bơi trên tầng 10 hơi nhỏ, bữa sáng buffet ổn. Tuy nhiên, chúng tôi đặt phòng có cửa sổ view phố, thực tế phòng có cửa nhưng chỉ là ô thoáng, nhìn ra một bức tường chứ không view phố.

Clean room, very new. I arrived earlier than check-in time but Mento prioritized cleaning my room first so that I could check in early. The staff is super cute, especially the 2 friends Le Xuan Thuc and Phung Dang Khoa, super enthusiastic. The hotel is located in the center, close to the sea, so all amenities are available.

Clean, new rooms. very favorable location right next to Nguyen Tat Thanh square, 3-5 minutes walk to the sea, friendly staff. The minus point is that the swimming pool and dining room are a bit small, during peak hours, it is difficult to find a table :)
