It's close enough to the center, yet on a very quiet green street - nice! The building has a personal feeling. It feels like a home, which is also nice. I got probably the most economic room and it was still nice. Only the fan needs to be repaired - the motor is almost dead - and this will also blow away the few mosquitos.
