However, we are truly sorry and deeply apologize for the incident related to the cleaning of the duvet cover in the room. This is a serious mistake and does not reflect the hygiene standards that the hotel is committed to. Immediately after receiving your comments, we worked with the housekeeping department to review and correct the laundry process and check the quality of the room before welcoming guests.
