Actually the place is spacious and very relaxing the air is cool, the view is beautiful, Unfortunately because javana spa has been established since the 90s so now it is quite old and the management is less caring. The room was actually clean but the hairdryer could not be used because it was broken, the water heater inside was dirty and rusty. When the spa looks less maintained and there are some facilities that are not operating, one of them is an onsen. The swimming pool was also right when I arrived, it was still not clean. But from all that I appreciate the people who work in javana, very friendly and very helpful even though the number of workers is limited. Hopefully javana spa can return to its heyday and make improvements in several facilities.

Javana Spa is located at the highest place, causing cold weather in the late afternoon and early morning. The facilities are somewhat poorly maintained such as heater, leaky faucet, toilet that seeps at the bottom but in terms of cleanliness is maintained. WiFi and internet facilities are lacking in rooms only in the lobby but maybe because it is located in a high place so the internet signal is also rather slow. This place is perfect if we want to vacation with family away from the crowd and very calm away from internet connections and gadgets. The food is served in terms of good taste but indeed in terms of variety is not much. All officers are very friendly and very helpful.

This hotel is perfect place who wants to be away from the city crowded life. This located in the middle of a forest and have waterfall inside where you can get perfect trucking experience. Rooms look clean and neat and overall location is awesome and it's full of sound of water flow, birds and breeze. Improvements - Wi-Fi to be strengthened at Lobby and Canteen where the mobile connection is completely not available and no Wi-Fi at room as well. And canteen menu looks very simple and not much international food so for a foreign travelers it will be challenging. I will try to visit again and strongly recommend this place for a perfect family holiday.
