The staff is friendly, and the security guard is also friendly. The location is excellent and strategic. I always stay here when I'm in Makassar.

The AC wasn't cooling, the TV wasn't broadcasting, the bathroom amenities were only for one person, even though there were two guests, the room really needed to be renovated, and the interior of the bed was exposed. The AC really needed to be serviced, but it wasn't cooling at all.

As for the rooms, the bathroom leaked, and the room even felt dusty. I hope the staff can be friendlier and smile more.

The cleanliness of the room especially.. the sink water doesn't work.. so I asked to move rooms.. the room doesn't look clean.. the bathroom floor is slippery.. there are soaps.. and it's not cleaned.. the towels are dirty.. I won't stay here again 🙏🏻🙏🏻

The hotel is nice, the staff are friendly, the location of culinary places is very close, access to Panakukang Mall is very close.

The AC was roaring, for some reason I felt the bathroom smelled of cat pee, apparently there was no soap provided and so on 😁 The location is close to everywhere, the price is affordable.

first time we entered, the staff was quite friendly in welcoming us even though it was approaching midnight. We ordered 2 rooms (superior double), got on the 1st floor. One of the rooms was like used, messy and used towels. The other room had a leaking roof, the floor was wet, the washbasin didn't drain. There was only 1 towel and soap. There was no drinking water, no toothpaste. Disappointed, but forced myself to sleep because it was already midnight. The next morning, we automatically checked out. The location is good because it's in the middle of the city, the AC is also quite cold fortunately, the hot water for bathing takes longer but it feels like... I don't think I'll repeat the order. Hopefully the cleanliness can be improved.

The AC is not cold enough, it would be nice to upgrade the sheets, they are already dull.

when checking in mineral water and towels were not provided, I had to ask the receptionist back and forth. The access card was also not active, the door could only be opened by the receptionist - very unsafe. The AC was hot, and the sheets and blankets also looked dull. Location wise is okay. I deserve a refund with this horrible experience.

My experience staying at this hotel (October 9-10, 2024), the AC was not cold, the sink was leaking, the bathroom was not clean, the sheets were dirty and had cigarette butt burn marks, the curtain rope was broken, the table was also shaking. Initially I wanted to stay here because it was reviewed by a celebrity. Turns out it was a dud :) for that price, I think there are still many other hotel options.

The staff is friendly, the location is good, close to a big mall.
