I decided to stay here because of the security, the comfort of the room, and the view from the balcony. I had a very comfortable stay. They also kept my luggage after check-out, the pool was clean, towels were available for rent, and the hotel's service was excellent.

It is still an impressive place. All staffs provide excellent service, from the parking lot to the bedroom. The hotel is very attentive to customer details. It has a professional working system. Staffs are always willing to provide service and polite, even when faced with difficult situations. They are patient and have good management. The common areas are clean and safe. The breakfast is delicious and varied. You can take your time without rushing. The chairs are comfortable. There are many restaurants to choose from. The food quality is good. I am very impressed.

I book for 3 nights with expectations will have high floor to enjoy the view from my room balcony. Unfortunately, I didn't get what I want. The room have 18 floor unit and my room was on unit 2. The room unit starting on 10 to unit 31so It's low if you get 12 floor. It's low room. 😭. I hope they will understand why I got upset with my booking. Should I book just a night for get high floor. I book this really just for relax and enjoy the view. It's not more than that. Kind Regards,

It is a very beautiful hotel for those who do not intend to go anywhere and want to stay in a hotel. This is very suitable because the hotel is next to Terminal 21. You can walk directly to it. At noon, you can go shopping or go to the food center on the top floor of Terminal 21. There is plenty of parking. The room is beautiful and clean. There is a free ice dispenser outside the room. There are complete bathroom amenities. The bed is comfortable. The balcony is clean and well maintained. The hotel staff are very cute. Everyone has a service mind. Thank you very much. I will definitely stay again. 🥰

The room was well functional. I loved the air-conditioning, so cool and modern. The toilet bowl was so good and comfortable. Bravo! A lot of amenities in the bathroom. The hotel is attached to The Terminal 21 Pattaya, very convenient.

The service of the staff is very good. But otherwise normal, if compared to other 5-star hotels - Kidclub is small, little toys - Water park is enough, but the actual size looks smaller than in the picture. - Breakfast is still not as diverse as it should be. - The bathroom is very good, the air conditioner is cool, the bed is soft. Beautiful lights, but the TV channels are not diverse and have to be android to shoot on the TV, not IOS.
