It's a great place to stay for a holiday in the Sleman area, compared to cheap, obscure hotels. Hopefully, check-in times will be flexible.

The rooms are comfortable, the toilets are in good condition, the AC is cool, and the floors are clean and fragrant. It's a comfortable stay during your transit. Finding snacks or culinary delights is easy and there are plenty of options.

Finding accommodation in Yogyakarta can be a bit tricky. It depends on what you're looking for, whether you're just transiting to sleep or needing a staycation that involves spending a lot of time in your room. We chose this accommodation for the first reason. It's a comfortable place to rest after a long day of exploring Yogyakarta. The proximity to the places we visited was a key factor in our choice.

The staff was very friendly, check-in was fast, and check-out time was reminded via WhatsApp so there was no late check-out. The room was clean and fragrant. The parking lot is a bit small, making it a bit difficult to get in and out of cars, and the AC isn't very cool. It could be improved. Overall, a good recommendation for those looking for affordable accommodation around Condong Catur and Seturan.

The room was decent for the 200-something rupiah, but the lights were out, so it was really dark. Only the lights in the front door and bathroom were on, and the TV wouldn't even turn on.

For a price under 250,000 Rupiah and a location in Seturan near UPN, it's highly recommended. It's perfect for a relaxing break when you're in Yogyakarta. There's no need to stay in an expensive hotel if you're spending a lot of time outside. For this price, this is incredibly clean. So, you can explore Yogyakarta freely without feeling like you're wasting money on expensive hotels.

The room was clean, with towels and toiletries provided, and a window. It's close to shops and restaurants. The downside is the traffic noise due to the proximity to the road, and if you get a room on the ground floor, you'll be exposed to the sound of parked vehicles.

The hotel and staff are nice and amazing. The room is clean. It's quaint, a perfect getaway and staycation place. It'll be better if the room has a smart TV or a decoder that can help us to watch YouTube or Netflix on TV.

It's a decent price for a clean, industrial-style room, but the bathroom had a lot of peeling paint, making it a bit untidy, even though it looked clean. I was a bit annoyed that the check-out time was 11:00, and there was a 50,000 IDR charge per hour after that. Overall, this hotel is good for around 200,000 IDR.

The room was cramped and the toilet was a bit smelly, check-out was too early, had to be checked out by 11.
