My husband and I enjoyed our 4 nights stay at this hotel. Strategic location, Grab/Gojek is always available and street food is everywhere. For tourists like us, we really like to eat street food. If we want to go to Sabang's culinary scene at night, it's also close. If it's okay to walk, just walk, or take a Grab. Awesome! The staff is really helpful, every time we call for help. But our room 804 has a little issue with the smell in the shower. Every morning there must be a strong smell, but we have informed the hotel, hope they can fix it for the next guest. There is a qibla direction, you can ask for a prayer mat, space is a bit limited, you have to turn to pray if sharing. Breakfast is okay. But if you are diligent in exploring, there is a lot of street food around. We like the chicken noodle in the front lane (just ask the driver, there are many recommendations). So overall, this hotel is among the best for a budget/last minute stay. Keep it up hotel Arthama!

Close to the city center and Transum, Tanah Abang is right in front of you. Everything is comfortable, friendly, and there's a wide selection of food. My last stay had a great city view, with a view of the National Monument. Thanks, Arthama Hotel ✨

Breakfast was for 2 packs. But I was alone, so I invited my porter to have breakfast, haha. When else can you help a porter eat at a hotel? 🤣. But the staff wasn't angry and was very comfortable.

The hotel staff was very nice. I asked where I could print the documents. They said it was quite far if I walked. He said he wanted to print anything, but thankfully, they helped me print it at the hotel. Thank you.

I made a special request for a sliced cake, but it wasn't served, even though I ordered it well in advance. The AC in the connecting rooms on the 9th floor (909 and 910) takes a long time to cool down. You're only given one door card; requesting another requires a 100,000 IDR deposit. The room is cramped, and the music in the hallway is quite disturbing during nap time. The TV isn't a smart TV, so I brought my child and couldn't watch YouTube on it. It's not kid-friendly for children. The advantage is the location is close to Sarinah and Tanabang, so those who want to enjoy the CFD can stay here. The Wi-Fi signal is very slow in the room, for some reason. Please improve it so it's faster.
