The receptionists were cheerful and friendly. The room was clean.

The staff were enthusiastic and lovely. The hotel was extremely clean, the rooms were beautiful and spacious. It's conveniently located in the city center. The only downside is the hot water system; the water pressure was weak when set to hot and the temperature couldn't be adjusted. The hotel needs to improve this to make it perfect.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean! Every corner is so picturesque! The rooms have fully equipped kitchens with dishes and utensils, and all the necessary amenities. It's also close to the city center.

The accommodation is clean, the reception staff are lovely, I've stayed here many times, and I always love staying here whenever I go to Dalat. It feels like being at home.

Enthusiastic staff. I stayed in a cheap room so it was a bit cramped, but still ok. If the hotel had an elevator, it would be much better! The slope down to the hotel is a bit steep, so if anyone decides to go by motorbike, it will be a bit difficult.

I stayed in a spacious, clean, airy bungalow with full amenities, quite close to the center. The hotel has a very beautiful landscape. Will definitely come back when I have the chance.

My family spent two nights here on a vacation and I want to say that almost things were good. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination like Lam Vien Square, Xuan Huong Lake as well. The room space is excellent and surprisingly comfortable even though the bathroom is pretty small. When I arrived, I was confused about how to get to the hotel lobby to check-in because it is located in the second floor and I don't see the direction instruction.
