This is the umpteenth time I have stayed here.

This was my first time experiencing this much in a hotel. The bedroom smelled of toilet, and there was no partition between the bedroom and bathroom. The staff claimed it was just a model, even though the photo actually showed a partition between the bedroom and bathroom.

The hot water wouldn't heat up, and I called to have it fixed, but it still wouldn't work. The phone in the room didn't work. I stayed for two nights. When the room was cleaned on the second day, there was no confirmation. I wanted to enter the room, but it was still being cleaned. I changed the bedcover, but I found cockroach eggs in the gap between the bedcovers. But their breakfast was okay. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and is close to the mall and other places I wanted to go.

It's near a mall and it is easy to grab the metro bus to the airport from there.

The hotel is good, the breakfast is varied, the location is strategic

Worth it between price and facilities.

The room smells bad and there is poor air ventilation.

The room is spacious.. Unfortunately, the lighting in the corridors on each floor is lacking, so it looks scary.. There is no lighting in the basement either, so parking in the basement at night is a bit scary..

The room is dirty, poorly maintained, the lights are not bright enough, please improve the cleanliness.

Dear Management, My name is Yudi, and I am staying in Room 432. Overall, my experience was good. However, I believe maintenance and service should be improved. During my stay, I noticed several issues. Some parts of the property were detached or chipped. The phone in my room was not working, and the air conditioning was not cooling properly. The sofas and chairs had visible white stains, which affected the cleanliness and comfort. In addition, there were no towels provided in the room, and I found that staff were not welcoming or did not greet guests. Yesterday around noon, at the open area near the lobby, I observed a pool staff member scrubbing the waterfall pipe. The area appeared rusty with dark stains, and this cleaning was carried out while guests were still swimming. I find this unacceptable from a hygiene and guest experience perspective. Please look into the maintenance and overall service of the facilities, especially the rooms. I chose this hotel based on positive reviews from other guests, and I hope improvements can be made. Everything is good, unfortunately there is no view of the street from the room window.

The hotel staff was very friendly in terms of helping me during check-in and I was helped.

Stayed here for Nyepi Day and because it was close to work. It was a comfortable place, and thank you for the daily room cleaning and drink refills. The receptionist was also kind and friendly, and the restaurant staff were also kind and friendly. I'll stay here again next Nyepi, God willing. The food is also delicious and varied.

It needs maintenance because some of the interior is no longer good so it looks dirty, and the room smells bad, maybe because the floor is damp, made of wood/SPC.

When I first entered the room, there were three cockroaches, a foul odor, and brown water. I complained and was then upgraded to another room. The hotel is poorly maintained, but the service is good.

The check-in and check-out process is fast, the service is good, the breakfast is varied.

On the first day, I was a bit disappointed because the hot water didn't work properly, despite repeated complaints. Luckily, the next day, an employee was willing to help me find a changing room with good hot water. I hope that in the future, the hot water facilities won't be shared, which would disappoint guests. At breakfast, the salad was not washed properly, and when I ate it, there were still moving worms.
