Please reconsider the service and facilities. I always stay here every time I visit Jakarta, and this is my third time. Honestly, I'm really disappointed this time. The reason was the access card error, going back and forth to reception two or three times, which was tiring. Requests for a room change took a long time to process, and I still couldn't get into my room until 11 p.m. This will be my last stay here.

I stayed at Monolog Hotel Pasar Baru for one night. The hotel is conveniently located next to an Indomaret, making it easy to buy anything you need. There are also plenty of places to eat within walking distance, so finding food is not a problem. The hotel is also fairly close to the city center, which is convenient. Overall, my stay was decent. While the location is a plus, I think there is still room for improvement in terms of the overall experience.

The front desk staff was friendly and responsive. The AC wasn't cooling, so they immediately took care of it and switched rooms. However, if you choose a smoking room, you have to pay an additional 25,000 Rupiah. The floor of the smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, as if there was no exhaust. There was a large fan above the bed, which was scary to look at.
