The best hotel on Gili Air, strategically located just meters from Gili Air harbor, clean, and friendly staff. Hopefully, the quality will be maintained.

Perfectly adequate room, reasonable breakfast, helpful friendly staff, a very short walk from the port and plenty of bar and restaurants nearby, would use again.

Hotelnya dekat sekali dengan pelabuhan dan pusat jadi tidak jauh kemana-mana. Hotelnya juga cukup nyaman, pegawai hotelnya ramah-ramah dan cepat tanggap. Recepcionist nya baik, ramah, apalag Pak Remi sangat membantu sekali.

The room is clean, it's just that there is no mat in the toilet, the hospitality is sufficient, the taste of the food is passable, the AC in the room is not cold. Location okay.

Me and my friends go straight in front of the Karang Villa, the atmosphere is comfortable and beautiful. Initially I got a room where the AC was not cold, so at the same time my hotel was changed to a room where the AC was cold.

I checked in at the hotel before 2 pm and the staff was give us room 211. But when I arrived, they change my room to 205 because they said other guest were checked in. The floor was oily. The breakfast was so so. Don't ever try ayam taliwang. Its just not what they good at. one thing that I like from this hotel was their location.

Stayed 4 nights in a modern superior room. (+): The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is okay, the swimming pool is also okay, there is a dive center at the hotel. (-): The drains in the bathroom smell a bit

All are friendly, clean, just a pity there are no toothbrushes and shower jets.

Nice place to stay, we enjoyed it a lot. Good beds, very clean. Open buffet breakfast. So good place to stay.

Bottled mineral water is not provided. Water for the bath had not flowed in the morning. Restaurant service is less friendly especially the girls.
