The hotel atmosphere is comfortable, the room atmosphere is also nice and comfortable, the food is also delicious, there is a restaurant in the hotel so if you don't want to go out to look for food, you can just stay in the hotel. There is something unfortunate, the first day when I wanted to take a shower the water didn't come out, when I checked it turned out it was empty, after waiting for a while the water came out but it was very small, the water that came out also gradually became hot water, it couldn't be used for bathing, so I had to bathe using a 1.5 liter bottle of mineral water. The second day it started to return to normal, the water was still small but still good for bathing, it still gradually became hot water but it could still be warm

There was an AC leak last night, but only a little water dripped. So far, I've had a very comfortable stay there.

The hotel's ambiance is quite nice, with its local forest theme and rocky interior. However, cleanliness needs to be addressed, particularly the bathroom and toilet, which look worn and need replacing. The shower in our room was quite small. Attention to detail is needed. The breakfast selection is a bit limited, perhaps due to its 3-star rating.

Entering the room and when I wanted to check the bed, there were several insects, and hair loss and before that, I had been bitten by bed bugs.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and my watch was still safe when I left it behind. The hotel atmosphere is always pleasant.

The staff were helpful & kind, the room were spacious and comfortable. Maybe need a little refreshment on the bed because I found some tiny holes on the bed sheets. Experience wise, it was a lovely place to stay with a modest ambience!

I saw the TikTok reviews and booked it straight away because it was charming and comfortable, with lots of plants and it looked clean. BUT… When I got to the room, it became increasingly crowded with mosquitoes, the WiFi was down and couldn't be accessed throughout the hotel, and the AC wasn't cold enough. And I booked during the December high season, so the price was double. But it should have been accompanied by well-maintained facilities and comfort. 😓

The place is nice, I like the many plants so it feels fresh, the price is affordable and the food is also okay, not that strong in taste, the atmosphere is also calm suitable for just taking a break from the crowded world, just there are mosquitoes in the room, maybe they could be paid more attention to get rid of the mosquitoes. But overall 👍👍

I will come back here again, the room smells like pandan. I really like it, it makes me relax every time I enter the room.
