Very satisfied with the service

Arya Duta offers a comprehensive range of facilities for both adults and children. The hotel staff is very friendly and responsive, and the location is very close to the city center and malls.

It's really nice to stay here, at first I was hesitant because it looks old but in fact it's very well maintained and very comfortable! Family and very kids friendly, the morning grounding with the kids is what makes me want to go there again, the place is so interesting it feels like I'm in Bali even though it's Tangerang lol. Haven't tried the hotel yet but during my stay the villa was really the best, there are so many activities that can be done there because the facilities are very adequate from children to adult activities (like the clubhouse) + I saw that almost none of the employees were young (not that they were really old) and all of them were VERY FRIENDLY, POLITE, AND MAKE IT ENJOY TO COMMUNICATE WITH, a very impressive authentic hotel 🫶🏻

The staffs are friendly, good surrounding to have a peaceful mind, food at the restaurant tastes good and has many varieties.

Everything was great, especially the pool. It's long and wide. The showers are clean and the whirlpool is beautiful. God willing, I'll be back again sometime.

Happy stay there, especially for the kids, there are lots of activities.

Nice and comfortable place, because I came during peak season so I had to wait a while to check in. And for the villa I booked, the location is a bit cornered so I was a bit afraid to walk around after 8 pm.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. Super helpful and great services. The ambiance is relaxing, and we almost forgot that we are still in the city. The hotel location is also near to the mall and other places. Great place to stay and escape from the hectic city.

I was really satisfied with my vacation here. The place is comfortable, the atmosphere is calm, cool, and shady. There are many facilities to choose from. The kids' favorite is the large swimming pool with a mini waterboom. I'll be back here again next vacation👏🏻

My first staycation experience here was enjoyable, I liked the room, the facilities, the view, the location, the price, I liked everything😍 There's only one thing lacking, the buffet breakfast tastes not my taste, it's like it should be better in taste. Like the boiled noodle soup, the condiments and presentation are lacking, the chicken porridge and Manado porridge have a burnt smell, the pasta is too dry. Next time I will try to stay at the villa, and not choose the package with breakfast. Overall 5 stars, I like it. Oh yes, the sauna facilities, the dim pool also make you feel at home plus the special request for mirror art is liked and free. Thank you Aryaduta❤️

Perfect for a weekend getaway with a Bali-like vibe 🌴. The pool is amazing—cool and comfortable enough to swim all day. The sports club is super complete (has 6 tennis courts!), but make sure to book early as they get fully booked. Food is good and the kids’ buffet corner is a nice touch. Room for improvement: the villa rooms feel a bit dated and could use some maintenance, and the AC wasn’t cold enough. We did report it to the hotel, and they responded quickly, although it still wasn’t quite as cool as expected. One more suggestion—since much of the hotel area is outdoors, it would be helpful if more umbrellas were available for guests. It was quite difficult to walk from the lobby to the villa during the rain, and we ended up getting caught in it because all the umbrellas were in use. Overall, a lovely stay and would definitely come back!

If it's a villa, the mosquitoes are quite bad.

The hotel staff are very friendly during check in and check out and the service is good both in the restaurant and in the gym area, swimming pool, playkid, etc.
