This hotel has a lot of potential. Unfortunately a lot of it has been put into the reception area instead of everything else. We booked two king rooms without knowing that they only have one on each floor so we couldn’t have rooms near to each other, which wasn’t a huge issue, just a little inconvenient. A few of the front desk staff are really friendly but the rest barely make eye contact with you. The room was a really good size with a fridge and a lot of plug sockets (though only two on one side of the bed) but they were missing some attention to detail - the sheets were visibly stained as were two of the four towels in the bathroom. The breakfast is not great, there was bread, yogurts, cereals and some mashed potato and what looked like cocktail sausages. Paper plates and very flimsy plastic cutlery, and you have to ask if you want a bottle of warm water which they seem to guard with their life. On one of the days our toilet was overflowing so we alerted the staff. They had someone fix it while we were out, but didn't bother cleaning up the mess so the floor was wet (with dirty toilet water!) along with the bath mat when we got back. The location is great, it’s right in the middle of Koreatown and a short walk away from Penn Station and a number of good restaurants on Broadway. Overall not a bad stay, but a little attention to detail would go a really long way here. 2.5/5

Comfy bed. Disappointed that there was no tv remote the first night we were there and they couldn’t provide one until the next day. Plenty of food options.

I had an awful stay, and won't be returning. No towels on arrival, and it took 1.5 hours for them to be delivered. My key did not work intermittently for the first 2 nights of my 3-night stay, and stopped working completely for the last 24 hours. After finally managing to contact the Helpdesk via the Chat application (there is no front desk) it took a further hour for someone to unlock the door. I almost missed my flight. My room was not cleaned in my 3-night stay. Terrible experience.

The hotel staff was very friendly. They made check in very easy. I also appreciated the coupons for discounts at restaurants near the hotel. The breakfast had several options. The location was convenient to subway and a variety of sites, restaurants, and shops. The room was spacious. It was clean. Water pressure in the shower was not the greatest but was adequate. I would stay here again.

This hotel is situated in a convenient and very walkable area. A subway station is steps away, cabs are readily available, and private cars can be arranged at the front desk. This area is safe, although very loud at night. The rooms are well kept, although very dated. Having said that, the rooms are incredibly spacious for NYC. Surprisingly, very little noise is noticeable from neighboring rooms; however, the street noise is very loud and sleep is difficult. As many have noted, breakfast is indeed an odd assortment of food. Overall, I would stay here again for the sake of convenience, but not for luxury.

Check in was rough. The lady told us nothing about the hotel. Any question we ask she had an attitude. Asked about when breakfast was where it was where the elevator was, they should not have breakfast included on their site. It should be called a snack. they had Vienna sausages mashed potatoes, lettuce, and dressing bagels yogurt. The beds were very comfortable, had to request towels and washcloths.

We stayed 3 nights. Room was cleaned daily. Staff was very friendly and if you needed something they got it for you (washcloths, toilet paper). Breakfast was different, but very nice to have it in hotel. Most don’t include it. Bagels, toast, fruit, yogurt, salad, little hot dogs and mashed potatoes. The hotel is close to the subway, Macy’s and the Empire State Building and about a 20 walk to Times Square.

Great location, hotel was basic but the included breakfast and all day coffee was good. Our room had no view but that also made it quieter

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location and hotel was very comfortable. Included breakfast a welcome bonus for a New York hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Having mashed potatoes and canned sausages for breakfast and no eggs on most days is disappointing. Employees also tells you that you cannot bring cereal(without milk) to the room because it may spill which is ridiculous.
