Lovely stay at the Lyndsey B&B excellant hospitality by Alan and Linda Excellent breakfast. Would stay there again

Lyndsay Guesthouse is in a very good location for Skegness seafront.The breakfast was very good and lots of choices. The bedroom was very roomy and bed was comfortable. Alan & Linda are very friendly hosts and welcomed us to their guesthouse.Would recommend

My visit was 15 to 19 March 2025 , I've chosen this location because to all amenities, bedroom with bathroom spot because i did alot walking along the promenade.

Very friendly hosts, help was there if you needed any, the room was very clean and well presented, We had a television, we had tea, coffee sugar, milk, biscuits, a sanitised toilet, an onsuite shower. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely choosing the same Guest house next year

Our stay was perfect. The breakfast options fantastic, full English delicious. The room comfortable and nice with lots of little extras. Just a short 5 minute walk into Skegness perfect

Excellent stay. Wonderful hosts. Absolutely loved the room, it had everything you could ever need. Lovely smelling clean bed linen. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean. Lots of different beverages and biscuits supplied in room. Very tasty breakfast, not greasy and homemade bread. Will be back and would definitely recommend. Brilliant. location.

The hosts are very friendly and me and my husband feel at home. Very good breakfast. Will surely come back.

From the point of stepping through the front door to leaving, Alan and Linda could not have made our stay any better. Absolutely everything was catered for, even those bits and bobs you forget to take with you. It was a lovely stay and i would recommend to other travellers.

Loved our stay here. We received a warm welcome from the hosts, the room was lovely with lots of personal touches throughout. The breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious with lots of choice. The hotel is well placed with the town and beach only a couple of minutes walk away. We will absolutely be returning here in the near future.

I stayed at the Lyndsey Guest House for two nights. The room had absolutely everything I could ever need and was one of the most comfortable rooms I’ve had in my many years of travelling. The hosts could not do enough for me and even carried my luggage out to car because I am disabled. The breakfast was delicious. It was a full English breakfast but you could also choose from many different cereals if you wanted as well. The location was perfect. It is within walking distance of the seafront, the shops, the train and bus stations. There are also many lovely restaurants to choose from at either end of the road should you want to go out for dinner. I will definitely be returning. I was made most welcome.

I could not fault Lyndsay Guest, the room was very well equipped, lovely food, I could not want for any more. I was made to feel very welcome and would definitely stay again.
