This hotel is so cutea, quaint, and is exactly what we need for an overnight stay. The gentlemen working the front office are super helpful and kind. I was worried about the availability of AC/Air-conditioner/Air conditioning given the heat wave stretching across London and Europe. I can assure you that room 6’s AC is super powerful and we so appreciate it. The location for the hotel is also super optimal, a literal 5 min walk to the Eurostar station and a key tube junction/interchange at St Pancras. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are super clean. The room furniture is dated but the bathroom is spacious and modern. Overall, we love the spot and will definitely check this spot out the next time we’re in London.

The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Excellently placed from King’s Cross station, being able to drop our suitcases off before check-in was great, it enabled us to go straight out into London without carrying our luggage around

Clean room , train location right across, helpful staff, free food drink in refrigerator, brita water filter inside each room so no need to buy drinking water. Excellent overall

It's advertised as a suite. The photos make it look big...it's not. It's tiny. The air conditioning unit was in one room... if you close that door the other room will heat up so privacy is out of the question. The ice maker was downstairs but it was moldy... so no ice. Way overpriced for what the guest receives.

Excellent place and neighborhood. And above all our concierge Lucie provided first rate service and provided assistance whenever we needed it. Also during this heat wave, the AC was a godsend.

We had a two-room suite. While the secondary bedroom had the AC unit and was quite cool, the main bedroom/kitchenette area was warm —the temperature was inconsistent. Loved the Brita filter for the sink and the complimentary coffee/tea/refrigerated drinks/snacks. Very walkable to local sights, but tucked away enough to be quiet.

Very clean and spacious room for a small family. Our son really enjoyed the free snack bar in the room.

Didn’t have a kitchen. Just coffee maker. Appreciated the Britta water faucet and the snacks/drinks in the fridge. Was cleaned and well maintained. Near the train station, which was what we needed

A really good choice for my early Eurostar! Super easy walk across the road and I was there. Efficient staff, lovely clean modern room plus useful kitchen area. Highly recommended.

We stayed on 2 different nights at the start and end of a holiday using Eurostar. The location was ideal for St Pancras and Kings Cross, and the staff were happy to look after baggage before check-in and after check-out. We stayed in suite 12 (2nd floor) and suite 4 (basement). Both were spotless and the right size for a family of 4. There was a free mini bar with drinks and snacks and a separate dining area with a coffee machine. It was tucked away on a quiet street considering how close to the major stations it was. We would definitely stay here again!
