Perfect small room for a couple days. Air-conditioning worked great but could hear everything going on in the hallway

The staff was amazing, super friendly. They were happy to store my luggage as I had a later departure time after I had checked out. The only reason they got a 4 star is that the room i was put in was so small and did not have a window. You should confirm this if you have a tendency to feel claustrophobic.

This place is fantastic - great value, probably the best location for a hotel in the middle of the city, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Incredible value for money.

This hotel was a great and safe location. The room was a bit small, but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great. The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. Highly recommend!

Room was tiny, but clean, and had a great modern bathroom. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was nothing special, but did suffice. Close and convenient to Queen St Station, so I’d stay again for a night if I was passing through Glasgow, but wouldn’t stay longer than that.

The Z Hotel in Glasgow was a pleasant surprise. Very convenient to Queen St Sta and George Square, the hotel is modern, spare, clean, and has a glass bathroom in the corner of your room! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Book direct and complimentary cheese and beverage are provided. Breakfast is not included, but two nice options are available. We had the simple buffet which had everything we wanted. It was lovely and a very good value for your travel dollars. My one suggestion is for the coffee to be upgraded. Would stay again. Location of Hotel is excellent - within mins from the Glasgow Queen Station. However the interior of the hotel is not quite like the photos shown.

Would be perfect for someone going to a Concert Hall gig and wanting somewhere straightforward nearby to sleep. I could have gone to one of many nearby cafes in the morning for a cheaper breakfast but I was awake early and enjoyed treating myself to a quality early breakfast there. Staff seemed relaxed and friendly. I enjoyed the treat of having sky channels to watch on my TV and what had sold me originally was that the Saturday night rate was reasonable (I paid £187 for Saturday and Sunday combined, Premier Inn wanted £140 just for Saturday). The only thing I would be aware of is my room had a tiny window with just a view of a wall. It didn't cause a big problem for me and I would stay again especially if I had a need to stay on a Saturday but all else equal a view and a bigger window enhances the ambience for me.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are on the smaller side, but were clean and cozy. The location was great too!
