It was a really nice stay, staff friendly.

My husband liked the breakfast. It was nice and quiet . It was nice and cold . It was just the little details like the floor a little crack in the bathroom .

Estoy muy molesta porque reserve Sleep Inn en Hermosillo Sonora, Mexico y cuando marque al hotel me dijeron que ya estaba lleno y no habia cuartos disponibles. Quiero mi reembolso y no me lo quieren regresar, necesito me ayuden porfavor. No es justo y no fue mi culpa.

An all-around good stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and spoke some English to help in the communications. The only critique I would have is that the toilet is located too closed to the shower wall, making it a bit awkward to sit down.

El estacionamiento es una cantina de bebidas embriagantes habia 3 autobuses y la gente con mucho ruido y orinando en cualquier parte ,musoca y bebida en el estacionamiento hasta las 4 de la mañana.NO LO RECOMIENDO.

I like the mango juice, everything else was buttcheeks. would come back for the mango juice. overall buns

Clean and nice staff but the rooms are small and beds are small as well. Also beds are uncomfortable.

Muy bien, lo único el porque 4 estrellas es porque no tenían calenton los cuartos y Hermosillo estaba un poco frío, pero fuera de eso todo muy bien.

I got at the property and the front desk told me that they didn't receive my booking, I was there for a min8ng conference and all the hotels were overbooked, my guess is that the front desk gave my room to another person. They basically kicked me out of the hotel

Bathroom it’s so dark.

Facility was very welcoming upon arrival and staff was great. However, upon getting into our rooms, we noticed that many things were dirty. The sheets still had hair and numerours stains. The bathroom had dirty towels as well. The staff were able to change our rooms which was better. In the morning, breakfast was very stale and lacking of options. We went at 7:30 when breakfast serves at 7:00 and there was already things missing. We change our dates to only stay for that night. I was recommended to stay here but maybe just wasn't a good day for them.
