We love the fact it was only a ten walk to a variety of different restaurants and then only another 10 minutes to walk to the Bruce Mason Theatre, The location was great, Staff were super friendly and professional and the bedding was amazing. Shower was nice and hot and also a heat pump for all weathher conditions. Thank you. Will be back for the next show we see,,,

The staff are friendly and easy to deal with. The location is close to the city center, allowing you to walk about 10 to 15 minutes from the core of town.

Close to shops where we can walk to the pub or eating places. Nice big bath towels, shower mat and plenty of space in the room.

The staff was lovely and polite, ever so helpful. Close to Takapuna (walking distance) will stay there again.

Excellent quality for average priced stay. Very good beds and linen, bathroom and kitchen well appointed, and friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to Bruce Mason theatre.

Location was excellent - 15 min walk to the beach; Takapuna mall and Woolworth supermarket within close walking proximity to motel; comfortable rooms - we enjoyed the one bedroom unit and ease of parking on site. Good to have washers & dryers on site - but it's not complimentary, so the motel website was misleading. We would definitely stay here again.

Would recommend staying here easy to walk everywhere and the staff were great.

Spacious clean room, free parking, convenient location

The owner was friendly, and accomodating when i had neglected to bring my credit card. The room was private, even though the driveway was nearby. Walking distance to supermarkets and from Takapuna beach

Really great room. Comfy bed, super quiet. Would definitely return. I was initially a bit worried about the door lock as it didnt seem that solid but the area seemed really safe so I wasnt too stressed. Really good communication with reception around check in.

Booked here for a concert we were going too. When we got to the accommodation the lovely lady let us know we had been upgraded! Its an absolutely lovely place to say and pretty close to restaurants and a grocery store!

Great location, units appear clean, however old and tired. Terrible shower and water pressure in the bathroom. TV screen damaged; top 1/4 black when on.

We had a fantastic stay - pleasantly surprised how quiet it was! Room was super clean and tidy. Really close to Takapuna which is superb for dining and shopping.

Didn't like the fact we turned up booked for 4 adult's to be told only booked for 2 adults. The room had 2 single beds and a double why would you book a room for 2 people with 3 beds for starters extra $40 not impressed.
