I went on this trip to perform surgery on the city but I choose this hotel because was close to the clinic. Hotel ok but the staff was not so friendly. They treat my self like I was some kind of old lady and they assimilate tbsf I was talking nonsense. But this is normal in Brazil people don’t have a sense of self respect and they act like they don’t care. After I living out of Brazil more than 30 years I was disappointed that nothing has changed no matter what they do and one employee can make all the others look terrible. All they care is charging every thing even if you breathe. No courtesy and nothing special about this place .

Great accommodations

Excellent accomodations, excellent and courteous staff, excellent food.

Staff was great! Multi lingual and went over and above and helped us with many special requests. Valet parking was great too. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Everything was good

The only thing to improve is the shower. Was not working very well when regulating hot and cold water.

Estava tudo médio, mas O café da manhã ficou a desejar. Foi servido para nós sem perguntar o que a gente queria. O café era de máquina. Sem fruta e só serviram pão francês - nos comemos integral. Nem ofereceram ovos, suco, etc. Mesmo em tempos de pandemia, outros hotéis batem de 10 a 0 no Transamerica.

Clean, new, friendly service and well located! Very satisfied.

The rooms well kept and clean. A nice size. Beds were comfortable and a nice breakfast was offered.

Great hotel, very modern, nicely priced and great wi-fi

Muito caro pelo que oferece......quarto razoável, café da manhã muito fraco, ruim. Cama para terceira pessoa pouco confortável e tivemos que solicitar as roupas de cama já quando queríamos descansar.

Hotel excelente. Quarto amplo e novo. Chuveiro bom. Restaurante péssimo. Pedimos um simples sanduiche e o mesmo chegou frio, sem saches e com o pao desmanchando. Funcionarios do restaurante brigando entre si no cafe da manhã.

Muito bom

Boas instalações e infraestrutura. O café da manhã foi horrível. Não tinha lugar , garfo, faca, pratos e coisas para comer. Além disso, o meu cartão para liberar o elevador deu problema , assim como de outro hóspede que fez o check in comigo, travando o elevador.

Tudo certo. Somente o café da manhã que não tinham pessoas e mesas para atendimento adequado

Atendente no check in mal educado, atendia quem queria sem respeito a ordem de chegada. O quarto ao lado levou caixa de som e fez festa com várias pessoas até as 03:30
