Perfect end to our adventurous Laos trip. The suite was luxurious, and the grounds absolutely stunning. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly warm, and went the extra mile to entertain our children (especially David Homsin). My daughter even got to name the new baby buffalo!

The hotel indeed lives up to its excellence. However, there seems to be a slight inconvenience due to a connection error between the app and the hotel, resulting in a delay in accessing my room. I appreciate your understanding as I patiently await resolution.

The location is not far from the city. Should have a private car or use a shuttle service. The room is spacious, clean, the bed is soft, there is no welcome effect. staff take good care Breakfast is delicious with a variety. The water is not warm during the winter. The water in the swimming pool is not clean.
