The view and the Teppanyaki were both amazing and the room was a premium quality experience

Service from the staff was top notch. Moca went way above expectations with her performance. She made my day. The only knock I have is the lack of laundry facilities.

The hotel has great view of city of Nagasaki, but location is a little inconvenient. There are no restaurant or convenience store nearby. It is located high hill, it's hard to walk to city. There are no laundry, it is also inconvenient. They have shuttle service, which is good to go to Nagasaki station or to the mountain to see night view of the city. The staff are friendly, hotel is old, not updated. My room's toilet water did not stop. If you come here by car, it might not be a problem, but If you arrive here by public transportation, not so good.

Great value for money and one of the best view in Nagasaki!

There is no coin laundry and the laundry service was expensive by Japanese standards (altho on par for Australian hotel laundry services). The wifi was so slow that I could not use various websites, including my bank's website which was a nuisance as I wanted to convert money to yen (cheaper to do this online than by withdrawing at ATM).

We were greeted as we pulled up, they parked our car and welcomed us in from the beginning. Delightful stay!

部屋、バスルームがとても広い。また朝食はメニューも充実し、景色も綺麗で満足できました。場所が山の上にあるため、バスやタクシーを利用しないといけないですが、それを差し引いても満足です。

很有歐洲風的飯店

綺麗で居心地が良く長崎港が綺麗に見える客室、優しくて親切なスタッフ、大満足です。今後も利用したいと思っています。

最上階の部屋でしたが、部屋も広く清潔感のある部屋でした。また、バス、トイレと一体ですがパウダールームも広くて、とても満足でした。 部屋から見える長崎の夜景もきれいでした。 長崎駅とホテルを結ぶ無料のバスでているため、長崎に電車で来ても心配なし。 また、稲作山スロープカー中腹駅までも夜遅くまで無料のバスで出ていて、稲佐山からの夜景も見られ大変満足な旅になりました。 お勧めのホテルだと思います。

朝食が美味しかった

駅とホテルの無料送迎バスがあって乗車時間も遅くまでありとても親切なホテルでした。ただ朝食が値段の割には種類が少なくて期待して行ったのですが、少し残念でした。口コミに書いてあった、オレンジジュースもなかったし、他のホテルに比べてバイキングのワクワク感を感じられなかった。とても楽しみにしていました。

朝食がおいしかった！味噌汁が特に！ヨーグルトとマンゴーも美味しかった！見晴らしのいい席で海や山が見渡せました。

長崎生まれ、長崎育ちで、現在は県外に住んでいて、帰省での宿泊でした。 私はこちらで結婚式もしたのですが、長崎の夜景スポットである稲佐山展望台のすぐ下の立地ですので、長崎の夜景を楽しみたいなら、このホテルがベストだと思っています。
