Beds smelled sour, The toilet kept running, the room overall had a musty mildew smell, even though the rooms were all non smoking you could tell that marijuana was being smoked throughout the hotel. Also on the site it advertises a private hot tub and we were told it’s only in certain rooms. We paid for a private hot tub room but no hot tub. The only good experience was probably the breakfast.

Trip was awesome! Pool was a fun time. Breakfast was great!

This hotel is wonderful, my family and i stay here everytime.we come out to the area it is very clean and quiet. Has a good breakfast and even the pool is clean and warm

Excellent value. The room was more than adequate for a budget stay. Although the property is a tad outdated, the place is beautiful and spotless!!!! I can not comment enough on how clean it was. The beds where very comfortable. Will frequent Comfort Inn more based on our experience at this location. Also, there is a beautiful pool and free breakfrast.

Just a good personable experience... Staff was great and my room was very clean and nice. Shower was hot and that's a definite plus

Overall was average. I liked that staff spoke English (👏) and friendly. However, I wish that breakfast area was a little bigger to accommodate guests better and also that they would specify that was more like a complementary breakfast ( I am not a fan of waffles and biscuits w/ gravy).

Our room was very nice and very clean Continental breakfast was surprisingly varied and excellent quality. Staff was very helpful and kind.

This was a stay to be handicap accessible . there was no room for my wheelchair and the shower was not able to be used. Not okay at all !!!!

No one wailed down tables after people eat. I wiped my own down each day with hand sanitizer. Same breakfast daily. “Eggs” full of water one day

Josh, the manager, really saved me!! He made traveling and staying at a large chain hotel feel so human and well, comforting! I recommend the Comfort Inn. He certainly makes sure that all customers feel welcome. Thank you thank you for a wonderful stay!

The rooms are clean, beds extremely comfortable. Quiet even though there were young children on the floor you couldn’t tell.

Very nice space. The bed is very high. It was nice there was an Ottoman in the room so I could get up. Once in bed I was very comfortable and had a good night's sleep. It was unusual to me to see 30 or more electric bikes in the pool area. Breakfast was okay if you like biscuits and gravy. They had waffles and pastries too. For healthier options there was yogurt, fruit and hard boiled eggs. Oatmeal and cereal was also offered. This location is freshening up,so the room numbers were on painters tape on the doors. Staff are friendly and hardworking. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay while riding the Heart of Ohio bike rail trail! The hotel is right off the trail and I was able to park the bike in my hotel room and walk to dinner and local bars and enjoy the night. Great little town!

The staff and facility were amazing and gracious. We were a large school athletics group and the manager and staff went over and above to help and make sure we were all comfortable and happy. Keep that wonderful manager - she truly cares about her customers, staff and work. Thank you so much! We look forward to staying there again soon!

Basic accommodation. Staff was friendly and tried to do the best they could with what they had to work with.

The property is undergoing renovations, but other than that our room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. (Although they are a bit high off the ground which was not a problem for us, but might be difficult for someone with mobility issues or maybe even for younger kids to get in and out of.) The staff was very nice and helpful. The common areas were also very clean. The breakfast was good for a free breakfast. We enjoyed the pool. The hotel is very close to my son's university so we will be back. Thank you for a nice stay.
