Although it is not a very new hotel, it provided everything we need such as clean, spacious room, amenities, good quality meals (set dinner and breakfast buffet), nice hot spring..etc we have had a very enjoyable stay and definitely will come back again. Well done.

Quite a place. The Onsen was decent, and the room was good enough. If you like a quiet, peaceful night, this is recommended. Please drive, or the transit will be a bit tough.

Loved this place. A little trip to a quieter part of Japan. The hotel worked very very hard to accommodate gluten free meals for my mother even after I had forgotten to tell them ahead of time. They were very sweet to help my mom experience traditional Japanese food, gluten free. The canals were lovely to tour as well.

The room was very spacious and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Food was good but overall hotel cleanliness was concerning. The vents had mould and the walls had noticeable damages. The room smelled of smoke which made resting very difficult. The air conditioning was also very weak in the rooms

Canel view from room is claming. Hotel is a bit aged but clean and comfy. Room is in reasonable good size for japan. Nice place for a rest.

Staffs don’t speak English and room is dated.

A small hotel as compared with other hotels of the same group, and quite an old property. Our room with twin bed was big though, but unfortunately it was on a low floor and our view of the river outside was badly blocked by the top of the restaurant below us. We booked very early and wondered why a room with such a view was arranged for us.The onsen water was very special and made my skin nice and slippery. The restaurant manager greeted every customer very warmly and friendly during dinner. Both the set dinner and the buffet breakfast were not bad.

Very good onsan in hotel Close to boat riding

設施很舊, 保養很差, 早餐一般, 比起鴨川差很多

食事とても良かった。 還暦祝いということで　緑茶のサービスがあり心遣いもありがたかったです。

ビッフェで種類もあり美味しく頂きました。 新鮮なサラダを食べれました。 コーヒーサーバーが一台しか無く並んだのが少し残念。
