I loved the charming character of the place. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Nice but simple breakfast Aircon in the room was weak - had it have been hotter outside, would have had difficulty sleeping. Perhaps they turn up the cooling when it gets warmer Very convenient location in town Very friendly staff

Wonderful hotel with an excellent staff. Breakfast was outstanding. Location is great. However, right now there is major construction directly across from the hotel. Construction noise started at 6:30am. The 4 star rating is because the AC barely worked. We did get very warm in the hotel. We opened windows, but it was too loud to keep them open all night.

What a fantastic hotel. The staff went above and beyond helping to introduce us to the city and recommend places to go. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. It's in a great location too, 2 mins walk from the Lake and close to good restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended

This is a nice, quaint, practical hotel for a stay in Geneva. The facilities are great, the staff competant and pleasant, and the location ideal with walking access to the rail station and a short skip across the water into old town. It is well worth the cost.

We really enjoyed our stay here and loved it's central location. The room was lovely and spacious and the breakfast was beautiful. The fresh orange juice, fresh fruit and cooked to order eggs were all delicious. The one area they could improve on is to have a good gluten free bread.

Very nice hotel, walking distance from railway station and 20 minutes walk to the historical center across the bridge. Room was specious and nicely decorated with some historical furniture. Bed was new and very comfortable. Hotel itself is newly remodeled and beautifully decorated with new and historical elements. Staff was very professional and friendly. We Enjoyed our stay and will be happy to stay again.

An absolute gem - everything about our stay was exemplary. Entire hotel is gorgeous and immaculate; breakfast was to die for! Staff is friendly and helpful. Wish I could live here!! Would give six stars if I could! Don’t bother with any place else — this hotel is worth every penny!

We only spent the night, but it was in a really great location for exploring Geneva. I thought the room was comfortable, but my wife didn't (bed too soft for her). I enjoyed more of the facilities as well since our flight was pretty early in the morning. In other words, I had breakfast, the rest of my family didn't. The hotel gave us a tranit pass. My step daughters used the public transportation, where I went to the Old City. Wife and daughters shopped til they dropped. I got some Kulcha. I would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel for staying close to centre and station, for few days. Excellent for travellers

Beautiful hotel and staff was wonderful. Unfortunately they were doing construction outside the hotel (not anything the hotel could control) making our stay very noisy.

We had an amazing time in Geneva made all the better for staying at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the entire hotel is immaculately presented. All of the employees were very helpful and welcoming and went above and beyond to improve our stay. There was always an excellent selection available for breakfast each morning and it was all fresh and delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

Wonderful front desk staff who spring to action to help and the housekeeping staff are also great! Our room looked newly renovated and was sound proofed except for someone clunking around over head. There is construction across the street but that doesn’t disturb night time sleep. We didn’t pay for the hotel buffet but went across the street for breakfast. Laundry service was timely.

Great property in the heart of old Marseillesz staff were amazing and accommodating.
