My first night in Japan and this hotel blew my mind! There was no reception/staff whatsoever because I arrived at 11pm, but everything was automatically prepared with clear instruction to get the access to my room, which was thankfully spacious and homey enough for our family of three and, of course, very clean and neat. The only unfortunate aspect is that we had to stay for a very short time there, but this place was definitely worth it!
