Room was incredibly clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location.

It’s a no staff hostel with only one laundry machine. If anyone need to do laundry, need to go outside to find one. The way they clean the room is also not very thorough. My coffee cups are not washed. Room is very small.

This company appears to run several hotels in Kyoto with only one central checkin office near the train station. The result is chaotic crowd and stressed employees.

The room was clean and convenient, though small. Convenient laundry. The staff available only online was quick to respond and the instructions were always clear and easy. Just beside the imperial palace, the hotel is at a walkable distance from many areas with shops and restaurants. Also very close to the metro station

Quiet and clean but also convenient to the subway and bus routes. Good bathroom. Shared kitchen and lounge was nice for eating breakfast or takeaway.

It was easy to find the place and the location is walkable from the subway station. Er we’re able to store our luggage before check in since we got there early. The staff was friendly and the room was great. Even a foot massage machine in the room! The TV is not smart, so if would like to watch a movie at night, I recommend bringing an hdmi to USBc cable

The space was very clean, near likeable hotspots that you can walk to so very convenient.

The rooms reminded me of a dorm room. They are tiny. The bathroom was not the cleanest. The laundry area was full of dust too. That being said the hotel is a great price and within 15 mins of everything by public transportation. The laundry machines connects to an app making it really easy to get your laundry done. We rarely saw any staff in the building and we got out check-in information via email.

It was very cozy and spacious. Has a great sitting area. Definitely our favorite spot of our first week in Japan. The place was over all awesome !

Clean property in a beautiful neighborhood! Property is unstaffed much of the day, which was never a problem but could be a challenge if you need something from the front desk. Building was quiet and comfortable. Of our trip to Japan of the 4 hotels we stayed in this was the most affordable and our favourite!

Room was very clean and had all necessary amenities. Property was close to main train line and had lots of other transport options around, I would definitely recommend staying here

Very nice modern room and a japanese style room together. Convenient around the Gion area. They hv 3 parking lots that provide convenience for us for our stay.

Close to everything and the hotel was quiet. Property sent instructions to my email and check in and out were incredibly easy.

despite being self-check-in really isn’t hard. and the apartment provides a cozy environment even a device to massage your legs. In a few words I can say that it is good.

We loved the room, it was well equipped and was clean and modern!

Rooms were quite tiny for 2 people. But otherwise friendly staff, good location and fair price!

It’s a self service hotel. First time I had to deal with it. Had a little trouble checking in. Otherwise, area is great, trains are not far and easy to use.
