Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, very clean

Property was very clean and the beds were actually comfortable. Breakfast was hot, but bland. Pool area was clean, but could tell the hot tub needed to be cleaned ( it was not awful tho). Every staff member we came into contact with was very friendly. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

Attached to my work seminar at conference center my shower would only stay hot for a minute then go cold

Property was nice and clean. Plenty of space in the room. Nice options for breakfast.

Green mill restaurant was poorly managed. Good service after an hour of waiting with a bigger group that wanted to be seated as soon as possible… not well managed.

Bugs in bathroom, towels had stains and make up on them. Stains all over the walls. Also I was double charged for the room.

Rooms clean but earring on floor, no bedding for couch bed. Quiet & peaceful, no one with us in pool either time. Breakfast okay but had to get employees to fill pancake machine & get more milk (out of little bottles so they set out a half gallon) & that was at 7:30 am. Great to have 2 tvs in room. Clean halls & pool area!

Stayed for a wedding in town. Our room was partially clean. There was candy and bead necklaces leftover from a birthday party in the couches and near the beds. Housekeeping walked into our room while we were still inside the room. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

The staff was amazing - everyone was kind, responsive and helpful! Most hotels are very similar, so great employees really make a difference.

Really needs updating. Blow dryer didn’t work, bathroom smelled like urine. Door didn’t latch. Toilet wasn’t working properly.

Nice and clean with great guest services

BUT....the biggest annoyance was that the curtains don't fully cover the windows, only have the light white ones. However, the rooms that face west, when the sun sets it will be blinding in the room as there is nothing to block the sun to the west. Furthermore, at night they have a lot of lights in the parking lot that stream in through the windows the whole night. See picture as that was general look of the window from midnight until 6.

We just stayed here for a Hockey Tournament! This hotel staff was some of the BEST I have ever seen. They were friendly, helpful, and really tried to do whatever they needed to do to make the stay great! We had a pizza party for the team after a game, they grabbed plates and napkins and even found a large garbage can so we could clean up. They never got upset with the kids when they were being kids! I would recommend this property to everyone I know that is going to be in Willmar!
