For the amount paid, I was pretty disappointed. It was a bad location to have as our base in Tsuruga and it was very dated. The amenities all needed payment if you wanted to use them, even the gym! The staff were all kind. I think there are better options for a stay in Tsuruga.

The rooms seem a little dated but they are clean and everything works well. Not too much in the area for food unless you’re willing to walk.

After seeing the place, we ended up not staying, since it was an old and outdated hotel. The people who run the place are actually quite nice.

This place is a bit old (the usual stained carpets in the rooms, etc), but FOR THE PRICE I thought it was okay. The onsen bath was good and the breakfast was huge. And older place that is fine, considering the price.

大浴場が運営されていないことは残念でした。 エアコンはホコリぽい以外は静かなホテルです。

古いながらも綺麗に掃除されていましたが、電気が2個壊れて付かず、かなり暗かった。 ホテルの方に伝えるも、スミマセンで終わった。 何かしらの対応をして欲しかった。残念です。

部屋が広かったのは良かった。大浴場が使えないことを受け付け時にも教えてくれない。サービス業界的にあり得ないことかと。使えないなら使えないなりに近くのお風呂屋さんと提携して安く使ってもらうとかすれば良いのに。施設の中のカラオケの料金も高く設定されてて残念なことがたくさんありすぎた。

朝食はお膳タイプでヘルシーでとても良かったです。

スタッフさんがとても親切で助かりました。ありがとうございました。

悪い点気になる点はなかったです。 部屋も駐車場も広めで良かった。
