Staff was incredibly kind. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Hotel had limited room service (and limited western food options). Room temperature could not get lower than 75F, which was uncomfortably warm. Hotel needs to update some of the decor but overall a good stay. Will likely try another hotel for future trips, hoping for better food and room temperature regulation.

Facility was very clean, staff were very attentive, restaurant was fantastic. Will be my go to Hotel next trip to Shanghai.

Though no smoking allowed inside the facility but people can be seen smoking nearly at anytime in front within 3ft distance of the entrances. Cigarette butts can be found everywhere. People inside the lobby are suffering from second smoking even within 40ft when doors are opened and wind blows in. However, no hotel staff seems care of the situation and non-smoking policy becomes just a joke. Should an enforcement of non-smoking on the property be implemented?

The location is not in the city centre but was very easy to travel around. The staff was very friendly and accomdated to all our needs, i would stay here again if i ever visited shanghai again.

On the first day of breakfast, the staff asked what I wanted and while I was waiting, they asked where I sat so they would deliver the scrambled eggs that I had asked for. This was very kind since I had to watch my two young kids.

When I travel to Shanghai which is quite often, I always choose the Le Meridien Minhang Shanghai. I have been staying at Bonvoy properties for years over 19 years and lifetime elite. The quality of service, value and convenience can't be beat in Shanghai. Grace Song of the executive staff makes me feel welcomed and appreciated. I will give all my hotel business in Shanghai to the Le Meridien, the Sabartia Spanish restaurant and Spa are all excellent.

The property is very beautiful and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate. I especially want to thank Grace from the Club Management Team. She is an outstanding example of how the Le Meridien Shanghai Minhang is my new home away from home! Big thanks

My stay is amazing! Le Mei restaurant is very good! The foods are delicious. The staff of the hotel and the restaurant are very nice and helpful. We will stay again in this hotel in the future.

Well equipped hotel with a friendly staff. The breakfast buffet has both eastern and western options.
