The only issue is with the Aircon which is set to 24 and cant be changed or adjusted to lower temperatures. When you close the window it feels hot inside the room. Also if they can add more bright lights that would be great as well. However the above observation are based on my personal experience and preferences. But overall an amazing hotel with all the amenities from swimming pool to gym for a perfect business as well as family stay.

Et meget stort og elegang værelse og bade værelse. Rent og nydeligt. Swimming pool med 25 m bassin. stort og velfungerende motionscenter og lækker buffet. Ligger overfor den historiske have.

This place showed every bit of kindness and great quality.

It was great to stay at Le Meridien Shanghai Caobao Road. Nice ambiance, clean rooms and up to the mark service makes it more enjoyable.

Great service and very attentive

I was impressed by the service provided by Logic at the Concierge. He always comes to you with a smile and was always very helpful.

Staff was incredibly kind. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Hotel had limited room service (and limited western food options). Room temperature could not get lower than 75F, which was uncomfortably warm. Hotel needs to update some of the decor but overall a good stay. Will likely try another hotel for future trips, hoping for better food and room temperature regulation.

Facility was very clean, staff were very attentive, restaurant was fantastic. Will be my go to Hotel next trip to Shanghai.

Though no smoking allowed inside the facility but people can be seen smoking nearly at anytime in front within 3ft distance of the entrances. Cigarette butts can be found everywhere. People inside the lobby are suffering from second smoking even within 40ft when doors are opened and wind blows in. However, no hotel staff seems care of the situation and non-smoking policy becomes just a joke. Should an enforcement of non-smoking on the property be implemented?

The location is not in the city centre but was very easy to travel around. The staff was very friendly and accomdated to all our needs, i would stay here again if i ever visited shanghai again.
