We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was everything we could have asked for in a beach rental! So close to the beach with a lot of walkable shops and restaurants. Checking in went flawlessly and all staff members were friendly and helpful. There was a work crew repainting all the railings at the property while we were there. They were polite and quiet - even the sanding was done by hand which allowed us to use the pool in peace. The pool was very cold (not heated) but I found it refreshing. The underground secured parking allowed us peace of mind when parking our rental and returning to our unit (sometimes late at night). We highly recommend this property.

Super quiet and very spacious

Check-in information could be better. We stayed 3 nights. Second night we had terribly noisy people above us, stomping and shouting until 4 am. Next morning we asked if we could move to another apartment. The young man at the reception was very kind and understanding and we could immediately move (very far from our old apartment). Thanks so much!! The kitchen is well equiped. We loved our stay, except for the foggy weather!

Excellent place for the price. Good location, clean, great staff and very roomy apartment. Some issues in interior with dated or broken items; coffee pot, window wands, shower diverter,but good response from staff. Very nice grounds. Will stay again!

Very clean, VERY spacious! Quiet surroundings. Small grocery on corner, next to THE CUP (awesome coffee, bistro, and apparently wine/beer in evening). Private area for pool, hot tub. Garage parking (wow!) and although it does not have open view to ocean... take a few steps and you are one block from ocean, boardwalk - depends on tide ... if high, short walk north along boardwalk to sandy beach above tide line.

There is NOTHING to hate about this property! I come to Oceanside often because of family and this was by far the best place to stay! We had a beautiful 1 bedroom with fireplace, full kitchen and a view. Not to mention garage parking, grills, pool and hot tub! Great service and quiet! We will be back!

I really like it here because it is so close to the beach and has its own garage parking. I wish check out was a little later but the place is clean and spacious

Great place At a great price.

These Villas are kind of a hidden gem in Oceanside and for the same cost, travelers could not find anything better. Great staff. By the beach. Clean. Safe. Wonderful amenities. The grounds are beautiful. The suites are great and have everything a traveler needs. Check it out next time you are in Oceanside. I won`t stay anywhere else now that I know about Aquamarine Villas.
