The hotel location is close to the city.. many restaurants around the hotel. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Neat and clean rooms. Thank you.

I had a great stay at Kingwood Hotel Sibu. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I also enjoyed the convenient location and the peaceful environment. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely come back again.

I chose this hotel because the breakfast food has many choices and is delicious. The location is also close to Sibu Grand Market and Sibu Night Street Market....use Grab Car there for only RM 5

If I were to spend the night in Sibu, I would definitely choose Kingwood Hotel Sibu. Because the breakfast has many choices and is delicious 👍🏻 However, I don't like the bathroom setting that uses a bathtub. That's all.

Location is great, breakfast is good. Room is clean but bed and pillow is too hard. Hot water is scalding hot and freezing cold, it runs on a rotating circle of scalding hot water and freezing cold water. It does not mix. Hotel parking closes at 12 am. I was out and when I return back to hotel around 11.45 pm the hotel parking gate was shut. I had to park outside the hotel where I got fine the next morning for not displaying a parking ticket. I asked the hotel for clarification, where do I park my car? Reception said that after 12 am, hotel parking is closed due to frequent car theft in that area.
