So many little cockroaches🥲 but the bedroom view good la

Very affordable price and clean

Wifi auto turned off on first night and never restored. Aircond auto turned off on second night. No phone in room to call front desk or house keeping- totally isolated with no help. Small cockroaches in kitchen and bedroom.

It was a good experience. The admin is helpful enough.

Comfortable room, clean, very cold AC, complete... Only minimal hangers to put towels near the bathroom, otherwise ok, thank you I like it, maybe will come back again soon 🙏🤗

The room is very clean. It’s comfortable to stay and relaxing.

The room and bedsheet were dirty with bed bugs. toilet lock were missing; no use and throw toothbrush and toothpaste were provided. no complimentary guest parking.

The apartment is good and clean. We check out before their work time, So we have to msg them for refund deposite, but no respond until 24 hours. It was disappointed.

The hotel staff at the check-in counter were not very friendly. Sorry, just a suggestion.

The room was spacious and fairly clean, but I had an allergy after staying. The staff’s attitude was not good. They keep luggage after check-out, but charge a fee.

“I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and not even once was the room cleaned, even though I had already informed the staff directly, yet no one cleaned it. No toothbrush was provided, no towel was available, and the air conditioner could not be adjusted. Very disappointing.”😡

The hotel room is very well-equipped, with a refrigerator, stove, dispenser, and even a washing machine. Suitable for those staying long hours in KL and the hotel is close to Pudu Station.

Even the cleanliness of the mattresses needs more attention. My three children had itchy backs, hands, and feet. The sheets could be the cause. Otherwise, everything was fine. The washing machine worked perfectly during my six days there, the stove worked well, and the water and kettle worked.

The hotel is located not far from TRX Mall, within walking distance, even though it crosses a flyover. There are many coffee shops around the apartment, including the delicious Heritage Kopitiam. Next to the apartment is a Mix supermarket that sells snacks from various countries, so you can buy souvenirs there if you're bored with chocolates. The view from the room is amazing, you can see the Twin Towers. The rooftop pool is also great for swimming and taking beautiful photos. The room rate for 3 nights was 2.2 million rupiah. Still okay, huh?
