My first time visiting Japan and staying here with my family (4 adults) was one of the best choices. The room is spacious, has space for dining and relaxing, a fully equipped kitchen, a very homey atmosphere, and the location is close to Ueno Station (overall carrying a large suitcase from the station to the hotel is not a problem), close to convenience stores (7-Eleven & Family Mart, from the station). The location is on the side of a main road but there is no traffic noise.

The reception staff provided excellent service. The rooms are suitable for families and groups of friends.

The staff are helpful and the location is great.

It was a very pleasant stay in Mimaru Ueno East. I travel with 6 member of my family including 3 children. This hotel is family friendly which I super love in Japan. However I wish that they can make up and clean up their room every 2 nights instead of 3 nights stay.

Unfortunately, I have to pay for an extra room because I booked 1 room (pokemon room) and a maximum of 4 people but my family has 5 people (2 parents and 3 children and they are still small). Location is far from public transport (9 minutes walk to ueno station) There is a konbini which is 4 minutes walk and there are several restaurants in the nearby hotelz

There was a blister on one side of the rear hand carry, an incident in the area that was not highlighted by the CCTV including when entered into the apartment. When the initial arrived in front of the receptionist was highlighted by CCTV only the hotel stated that the CCTV could not be zoomed in more closely and clearly to prove that the initial handcarry condition was smooth. Even the initial delivery of the hotel as if I myself made blisters.

Perfect for family vacation. The room is big enough for 4 adults, with 2 beds and 2 futons. Only 5 minutes walk from Ueno Station and it is surrounded by nice eating places.

Very good experience our family stay here my son and my daughter smile when open the room everybody feeling happy time next time I will should to stay here again.
