The staff's attention was excellent from the moment we arrived. They helped us with a couple of issues and helped us resolve them quickly. We'll be back.

Olvide un producto en el baño con la seguridad de haberlo dejado. Escribi al día siguiente y la única respuesta limitada por un whats up fue que no lo encontraron. Es decir que si la persona de realizo el aseo no lo reporto lo botaron. Era un jabón marca DIOR y nadie respondió. Muy mala atención y respuesta a los clientes

Shuttle took almost 45 minutes of waiting at the airport

Bathroom was not very clean, but because I was only there for one night I accepted that. Otherwise it was okay stay.

My only complaint is with the check in. The reservation was for my sister in law who is a Spanish citizen and Spanish resident who entered the country to visit family with her two Spanish children. She was charged the VAT in spite of showing her Spanish passport and the passport control stamp of entrance to the country. The receptionist said that it wasn’t “the right stamp”. It was the stamp from passport control. There is no other one. Immigration stamps the passport at entrance to the country. That’s it. Please verify about this with the hotel.

Check in was smooth and quick. Gabriella was very kind during my check in process and gave me some good recommendations.

Very good

I've stayed at this hotel for 7 trips, and have spent about a month total. It's perhaps the best hotel you can stay in as a foreigner. There's always staff that speaks English if needed but it helps to know some Spanish. Bed is extremely comfy, beautiful view, spacey rooms, elegant bathrooms. There's also room service, and these women are usually very eager to clean your room, so expect them to knock on your door at around 11:00. You're allowed to bring a guest, but they will have to register at the front desk.

All around, the quality of the hotel is definitely a Hilton

When we arrived from a 5-hour trip, there was no water in the room, so we had to go out to dinner without showering. When we arrived, they had already solved the problem, but at first, the water came out yellow.

Property was very nice. Front desk did not take my credit card information so I had to pay cash for all services for some reason. They did not want to take my credit card and let me charge food.

Great place in Bogota

The hotel is conveniently located near two large malls, approximately 10–15 minutes by car. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. My main concern was with the cleanliness of the carpets. I didn't observe staff vacuuming during room cleanings, and our room, in particular, had many hairballs. The carpets across the property also appeared quite dirty, suggesting they hadn't been vacuumed recently.

Don’t count on the airport shuttle transfers to be timely or to be any help. The front desk staff has limited sensibility and don’t really care about anything. While it might be a new build, it’s kind of dumpy already. Go somewhere like the Marriott instead.
