Very happy with this hotel. We spent four nights. B/fast included. The lounge and b/fast areas were on the top floor. Great for watching the sunrise (6:50am) and floor to ceiling windows in the lounge area to watch the river appear to flow backwards (strong westerly winds). Breakfast range was good and service very attentive to keep everything topped up and clean. Twin room was relatively spacious. Access to the baths is via top floor (down a corridor from the lifts as they are in/on an adjacent building). Men’s bath is on L11 but there is an internal staircase to the outdoor bath. Women on L9. Not sure about their access to outdoor bath. We used the family bath facility. Own lockable room with two-person bath and an opening window. There are seats and a table for six, and a TV. Y1800 per hour

Overall hotel is clean. We got assigned to the new wing which was new. Beds were comfortable. Parking readily available so don't need to worry about it. The public bath was good with various temperature pools and an open air section where you get to watch programs on an 80 inch TV !

Few minutes from the MOO There is Seico Mart nearby (2 mins walk) There are many restaurants nearby. Better to book in advance as they are easily fully booked at nights. The room is spacious and stylish and modern BUT the noise from neighbours is very bothersome. The view is very bad from the room even though I requested a room with best possibls view. The breakfast is OK but there is no Fresh Sashimi which was dissapointing as most of Hokkaido hotels offer fresh sashimis for breakfast. There are too many dishes using Salmons. The public bath is just OK. It is sais to be Natural Hot Spring... Its opened from the moment you checkin till 10:00AM next morning which is good.

I wanna give special thanks to one of the staff named Mr Lin from Taiwan. He is super helpful and very endeavor to give immediate support to help us solve room issue. His dedication in this job makes this hotel special. Thanks Mr Lin! The hotel onsen is really amazing! It is hard to imagine such a wonderful onsen inside the city center with full view of the famous bridge and river.

It takes 15 min by walking from Kushiro station. My room did not have a window! I booked the room from one of the booking sites and I did not see that room information. Breakfast was not that great. No sashimi or ikura. Onsen was somewhat untidy. There are many house rules that are not foreigner friendly. Many Hotel signs and instructions are written in Japanese language only.
