Ticked all the boxes for a quick solo visit to Perth. I’m not usually a guest house person but this was friendly without being overbearing. Excellent location and free parking is a bonus. I will definitely return when on my own.

Staff v.nice , very clean, excellent breakfast , bit of road noise as room at front of guesthouse. Enjoyed our stay, easy walk into town .

We had an amazing stay! Rob made us feel right at home and gave great recommendations on local attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, I especially loved the homemade blueberry jam. The location is perfect for a short walk to city center.

Excellent breakfast ,comfortable room.Helpful hosts. Electric shower is a challenge but aren't they all.

Very clean guest house with really tasty breakfast. Short walk to city centre and to Scone Palace snd gardens. In room coffee and tea (+ biscuits!). Very comfy bed. Would certainly stay again.

Cozy and friendly , nice, cooked to order breakfast. A bit of a trek into city centre , bus is infrequent. I would however stay again and recommend.

Room nice and clean, everything that you needed. Breakfast was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Had a really nice stay and would definitely recommend

Excellent quality breakfast.

Problems gaining access & contacting owners but once in they were very friendly and attentive. Room was clean and had all you could need except shower gel. Bathroom was very small but room others was fine.

Second time at this beautiful b&b breakfast was delicious Rob and Glenda are amazing hosts

The guest house is two houses next to each other. The room was lovely and clean with a tea/coffee tray and a wee fridge. It is on a main road with traffic, which did not worry me. Parking off road in front. Breakfast provided good continental and cooked options. Hosts were friendly and attentive.

Good location for visiting Perth. Rob made us feel very welcome & the staff did the same. We stayed in room 2 which is to the rear . Very comfortable & quite. Only 1 thing ...The TV could be bigger 😂 The breakfast was very nice & had a good selection to choose from. Added bonus was parking facility

The hotel is two Edwardian houses a 15 minute walk from the city centre, albeit somewhat uphill on the way back. Our room was well appointed and well presented. There was a good choice of food at breakfast and the cooked options were excellently prepared to order and tasted great. The proprietors were welcoming and friendly without being intrusive, a balance not always achieved by guest house owners. We'd happily return in the future.

A very clean room and very a nice hosts. Good and tasteful brea kfast. You can choose different options. Even a full Scottish breakfast.

Excellent B&B in a great location just a short walk from the centre of Perth. I had an excellent room, there were great choices for breakfast, and there is good parking. I'd definitely stay here again.

Was made very welcome on arrival, nothing was too much.Breakfast was outstanding.

All good here, a bit noisy traffic wise but I did remove the secondary glazing to have the window open! Excellent breakfast and on-site parking was ideal.
