Front Desk staff was terrible. I had two reservations and they canceled one without consulting. They had me pay a separate and more expensive fee. I had a vehicle with me and they did not let me use their parking garage because supposedly them they closed at 11pm. Even When i showed up before that time( as shown in receipt) they had me leave my vehicle in the plaza without anyone watching it.

1 bed was really hard couldnt sleep comfortably had to change beds other one was little bit softer . Fan didnt really cool and wifi didnt work . Tv had few channels. Was given room with 2 beds instead of queen with balcony

Very central to all your activities and fast transportation right out your hotel and when you get back from your day trip you have people watching in the main plaza

Hotel was fine but no hot water in the shower and cry noisy at night. The staff were great. Much night life around there.

The beds are awful old and hard has a rock, the first room we could feel the springs and the second much too hard, old hotel that needs TLC.

Is very nice for what i paid price over quality is 10 i very cheap and is okay of the price i ma paying i cannot complaint

The building is beautiful, the attention at the reception is fine, the only thing that was not satisfactory was that a DKN jacket (Dona Karan) and an evening dress from my wife were mysteriously lost from the room, I spoke with the receptionist and just denied it What happened and she kept quiet, I did not expect payment for the clothes, I expected at least an apology and that they take into account that their staff is not honest or trustworthy, I would definitely not stay there again, and if you u stay, be careful with your belongings .

This Hotel is Unique has everything is not a 5 stars but is clean good location front of the main plaza of the Mercado d antojitos of the main church and you can feel safe to walk to Parque Nacional beautiful also this hotel interior has a gorgeous decoration (statues, livecage birds 🐦 you will feel in the forest in the city

The recepcionist wasnt very helpful and rude. The location was very good since everything was very close.

Didnt have an elevator, hot water took forever to get to the 3rd floor.

On Main StreetRoad very loud noise til 1:00 am and at before sunrise other then that its clean and no breakfast

I like the Artes they have there. But I hope in my next reservation they have the bed I need. I need a King bed. And telephone and dry hair and griddle and small refrigerador last time I have everything that’s the reason I picked. This Hotel But. And this time they don’t have the same. Room. That’s the reason I stay only 1 night I have other reservations there is going on last week of July for 6 nights

I liked that the hotel was right on the center of the Plaza a step away from the shopping center and restaurants. I didn't like the room being next to the street as there was to much noise from the night life and cars. I didn't get to try the food from the restaurant.

Un lugar muy céntrico y tranquilo para pernoctar, me gustó mucho el inmueble muy pintoresco y adoc con la zona.

Las camas se sintieron algo duras, fue incomodo dormir. Al momento de ingreso a la habitación se sintió un olor fuerte a humedad.
