If I could, I would give minus one star. Front desk, people were not friendly. They did not greet the gas. They were always busy and they were all the time in the computer. room has all the walls, scratch it and dirty. The floor in our room were damaged. The towers were of poor quality. Also they do not offer hand towels. there is no toiletries in the bathroom. I definitely do not recommend this hotel for anybody.

O café da manhã é fraco, o queijo e o blanquet de peru estava perdido, a tapioca é mto ruim, mal feita, café da manhã sem variedades. A limpeza dos quartos se resume somente no meio, debaixo das camas pode ser visto bolinhos de poeira do começo ao fim da estadia. Sem serviço de quarto, ninguém atende o telefone quando vc precisa, ninguém te ajuda com malas. Os funcionários do valet são grosseiros e deixam os carros estacionarem de qualquer jeito na pista de embarque/desembarque, não administram nada. Foi a primeira e última vez e não recomendo para ninguém.

second time ive stayed here pros - lovely good sized room , very clean & modern , good shower & toilet facility , friendly staff , hotel situated in a very nice area of goias ,lots of bars & restaurents nearby , supermarket @ end of road room price very reasonable cons - very poor for english language channels on the cable tv

The breakfast food itself was good. The service was terrible. I took two women 10 minutes to make a sandwich to go. I asked for a coffee, cappuccino, eggs, and a sandwich to go, and the only thing they came back with was a sandwich on a plate after 10 whole minutes. The mattress was abismal. My girlfriend and I both woke up with nasty rashes (either from bug bites or allergies). Unlikely that both of us were allergic to the same mattress though. I encourage you to spend a little extra and go somewhere nicer.

Hotel não tinha escova e pasta de dente nem pra vender. Pedi água e não tinha ora servir, estacionamento absurdo, 24 a diária.

Hotel bem localizado no setor Marista. Unico ponto a desejar foi a falta de equipe para atender as pessoas, check-inn demorado, nao havia um atendente no restaurante. A colaboradora do balcao estava se desdobra do para atender a todos, porem estava claro que estava que estava faltando gente.

We parked our car for a 24 hour period and yet we were charged for 48 hours. Talked to the front desk about this and were told that this was not their problem because it was a different company that handled the parking for the hotel.

The room is not big and the breakfast is pretty dull however the staff was very helpful

The Ibis Styles was exactly as advertised. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. For the money it is a very good value. I would stay here again.
