Comfortable stay, very good breakfast, staff were so informative

The rooms are simple, very clean, connecting directly to the place, the hotel staff are very helpful.

I had the most pleasant stay here. The breakfast is really good. When I ask for an omelette, they also make it for me. This accommodation went the extra miles to cater my needs. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Quickly check in and out. Nice staff and room clean. I think that they should have a minibar inside the room. No complimentary water bottle

The room is very clean. We checked out early, given a breakfast box. What is lacking is only mineral water that is not in the room. the rest is satisfying. Very nice accommodation.

Comfortable, clean hotel, nice rooms, varied and tasty breakfast. From T4 you can pass the sky bridge and it is very close, 5 minutes walk. Very satisfied with this hotel.

It's located in the T4. Just within walking distace from the airport (there's a skybridge).

It takes about 5 mins walking on fully-covered walkway, feels pretty much still in the Heathrow Airport (Terminal 4). Check in is ok. Breakfast is ok. Service is friendly and helpful.
