Listen, I never write reviews on google so you know this place must be really special. It’s truly a gem. The owners were accommodating, welcoming, and very kind. They created a very homely and warm atmosphere. The daily breakfast was delicious and they made us a special breakfast on our last day! The futons are quite comfortable and the blankets were fluffy and cloud-like. Koganei isn’t super close to many of the tourist destinations in Tokyo, but this ryokan is a short walk from the station and we found that the restaurants in Koganei were some of the best we tried in Tokyo!
