I love the junior suite room at the white hotel it's a two-bedroom apartment that the athletes used during the 2018 Olympics. However, many of the shops were not open when we were there.

Had to pay extra for shower soaps… room still had the hair of the previous person on tables/counter tops. Old water left in the water heater. Heated floor only works in the backroom. Heat in main room is either too hot or too cold; does not regulate well. Newish hotel that has let itself fall into disrepair. Not staying there agin.

Enjoyed 2 night stay in Terrace (Double) room with family. Clean place right in the nature, close proximity to attractions in surrounding area. Highly recommend!

Staff are covered all negative elements of staying. Special thanks to Ms. Kwon at the reception. We had to change our reservation and she was very helpful, patient and so nice.

Great stay, did not disappoint

We previously stayed at The White Hotel in 2019 and loved it. We knew the White Hotel will be undergoing renovations and there will be reduced facilities. The apartments themselves are still beautiful with comfortable beds and terrific showers. However, the kitchens in the apartments only had 3 mugs and 3 glasses. No plates, bowls, cutlery, microwave, tea-towels or dish-washing detergent which is unacceptable as the restaurant and bakery were closed. We couldn't convince staff to provide these. Also, there was no shuttle bus to the Phoenix ski resort unlike previous years.

Great value for money. Probably best ever. Room is bigger than I expected and building was biggest then I expected. Loved No-man continent store. However, it is a big regretful that all other facilities (Restaurants, Gym ) are not open yet. But considering price, it is fare and make sense.

Good clean hotel, check in kind of wild with lots of people but other than that great hotel

The terrace suites are accurately depicted in the hotel pictures. Very clean and everything was brand new. There is a shuttle bus to the ski resort that runs every 30 mins. Overall, fantastic stay and experience.

I booked for 4 people but was given futon for 3 people. Requested for an additional 1 futon but was told need extra charges. Found this unwelcomed and unreasonable. Hotel also did not provide water dispenser. Hope the hotel management can look into the matter. Other than that, others are good

Great hotel, new and quiet

We weren’t allowed to use the cooktop in the hotel room kitchen so we weren’t able to cook like we had planned.

생각보다 깔끔하고 너무 좋았어요 , 컵도 있고 방안에 정수기있어서 재활용 병보단 오히려 컵에 정수기 먹어서 좋고 화장실도 깔끔하고 어매니티도 좋은거같아요 오히려 전 겨울보단 여름에 가성비로 가족단위로 오기 딱이에요!!!

전반적으로 시설 잘 관리되고, 좋은 경험이었습니다. 다만 사전에 식당이 조식 포함 주중 이용 불가라는 것을 안내받지 못했고, 편의점 역시 무인으로 운영되어, 무인 운영 중 술, 담배 등 구매가 불가능했습니다. 오히려 직원분 께서는 외부 시설을 이용하라 안내주셨는데, 이 부분이 불편했습니다.

전반적으로 만족합니다 비수기때 가서 식당과 뷔페가 운영하지 않았지만 세미조식?? 이 있어서 간단히 조식 해결했습니다. 객실은 처음에는 깨끗한줄 알았는데 전등 갓 위에 먼지가 엄청 많은 걸 발견하고 눈에 보이는 곳만 깨끗한 걸 알걸 알게 된 후로는 먼지가 곳곳에 많이 보이더 군요 ㅠㅠ 높은 곳도 청소좀 해주세요 ㅠㅜ 주차장 넓어서 편하고 그외 전반적으로 만족합니다~
