Parking was not easy. The parking lot is for many businesses and it seemed repair work was being done as well. This was the only thing we had any issues with. The Tru Hotel was great.

The location was nice. Quiet and relaxing.

There was no body wash or soap in our room for showers. There was a container, but it was empty.

Ongoing construction in parking lot. Did not refill items during Breakfast Buffet, cereal but no milk, yogurt machine not working, out of bread for toast, out of bagels and muffins, out of egg omelets, sausage patties not cooked.

The construction around the property was terrible. Parking was terrible. Hard to find the front desk. Instructions were very limited.

It was ok, would have liked to utilize free breakfast more than 1 but it ends at 9:00 am super early, when you do go, nothing is ever well stocked or not there at all, also really aggravating that this hotel has a large casino open 24/7 yet no where to get food after 10! We stayed for a week and didnt want to leave hotel everyday for food and there are also no restaurants really near by. Loved the outdoor seating area with fire pit and the smoking lounge was heated and that was a great touch! Parking sucks here however and they have the nerve to charge for daily parking! Especially sucked since hotel is doing construction. Was ok, but would definitely stay somewhere else next time. We never stayed at a Tru BY Hilton before and I think we gonna stick to IHG hotels.

Checked in to enjoy St Patrick’s day celebration. Saturday woke up and went to shower and the water was freezing. Upon calling the front desk they stated “well that happens on busy weekends like this.” Excuse me…hotels are required to provide hot water!! So I wasn’t able to shower and get ready for a busy day out. When asked for. Partial refund we were denied. I reached out to hotel personally they said they have been having hot water issues since December. For the amount we paid for that weekend I am appalled!! Worst hotel experience ever. Will not be back!!

Was very nice for being under 21 and not being able to gamble. Staff was great, although did not come for room service when mentioned. Had cool robots to help me though. Overall very good
