Except for the train running noise at the back of the room which was so close to the tracks during middle of the night everything was great.

Nice staff, clean and comfortable place.

Room was a little small. Thermostat did not work. For some strange reason the shower spout was seven and a half feet high. By the time the water reached you the spray was so wide it was hard to clean off. Beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was the best that I’ve ever had.

Great property Clean and quiet

The property is fine but they have rules like a hospital where you can’t even speak or talk. 2 mins after checking in we got a call from the front desk that we are bot allowed to talk after 10 p.m. I stayed here for just one night and 2 night in another hotel in the same area and the other hotel had great customer service.

Beautiful scenery and view from the room. Looks like new hotel. Very clean rooms, amazing breakfast variety and convenient escalators. Great place to stay.

Accessible, 20 mins away from Banff. Magnificent mountain views. Especially when you love snowfall. You can view it from the window.

Was clean and free staff was friendly. The breakfast was so so needed more variety. Only Issue was the skid steer clearing the parking lot so early Sunday AM . Before 8:00

Clean,quiet property with a really nice hottub.

Clean, beautiful view, good breadfast. But you can hear train passing at night.

Like is affordable price dislike you can hear other guest in the room.

Had a great stay, lovely view out the window. Hot tub was really large so never crowded. Great breakfast in the morning!
