I am so grateful for Ms. Hee yo (the Korean receptionist). I arrived at 7AM after flying at midnight the night before. Even though the check in was at 3PM, she found me a room for a 9:30 check in. I then slept from 10-2 PM and regained my energy. I will always remember her kindness and service!

I really enjoyed the gym, also the space in the place. It's uncommon to see a nice and new hyatt in a place close to busy area of a metropolitan city

Everybody is extremely helpful, polite, and courteous. I have a difficulty with my food and they were overly helpful in the kitchen. The chef was extremely nice. This is really an upscale place. I would highly recommend it.

Hotel was excellent. Clean and friendly staff. Well worth the stay. Extreme value for money. Breakfast was awesome.

I wanted to cancel the stay at least 10-20 days ahead of time, but they refused to refund me at all. It's robbery. It's a running downhill brand name, they seems to have finance problems. Because they will grad any penny you paid ahead and not refund for whatever reason you have.

The staff cleaning our room is passionate about her work. She folded a little cow using towels to cheer us up, which is excellent and out of our expectation. For the hotel location, since it’s in 4th ring in Beijing, which is far from city centre, it will be good to have shuttle bus to city centre to facilitate tourists.

The staff was fantastic, in particular the concierge. I was in email contact before our trip, and they helped with transportation from the train station, made dinner reservations, and helped with taxis for our large group when we went out. The front desk was always friendly and accommodating, everyone spoke English very well.

Very new hotel with good service, both the gym and swimming are great.

This is a fabulous hotel located in a rising business center in Beijing. Close to Wangjing Soho and not far from the airport. Lots of great food here.

Hotel itself was clean and fine, but the service wasn't that good. I book breakfast for 2 adults and 14 years old from this website, but the hotel said that I have to pay extra money for the child. I believe that he hotel didn't contact with this website, so they didn't know what we booked.
