Ohhh wow where do I start... my first time in Tirana, had no idea what ti expect. Location is perfect right next to a small shopping area full of stores and restaurants, shuttle service with the best driver, who ended up taking us on day trips in the area.And the people working in the hotel are the friendliest we have ever encountered! Highly recommended!!!

The staff were professional and most helpful at all times. The hotel buffet breakfast was excellent. The room was very comfortable and daily cleaning was carried out to high standard. Highly recommended, would certainly stay again.

I loved it so much I extended my stay. The girls at the desk were so helpful in everything that I asked for. Absolute asset to the hotel.

My stay was comfortable and relaxing except they don’t have weighing machine for my luggage which i needed for flight purpose. Thanks

Lovely hotel, great staff. A bit of a distance from the middle of the city and it's not the most walkable, but if you don't mind a bit of a walk then it's perfect.

One of the best hotels ive stayed at yet. The staff was very helpful, courteous and professional. The room and all common areas were immaculate. The breakfast lunch and dinner were all great and the location was perfect for me. I would definitely visit again!

I arrived much earlier than planned, expecting to be able to drop bags off somewhere safe and explore but the helpful staff decided to check me in earlier. Breakfast was good. Bar service was good. Room standard was very high (as ever with a Hilton) The hotel is 30 mins walk from the Square, and the area around the hotel is full of restaurants so there are plenty of options for all.

Hanna and her colleague helped make the stay very pleasant. They referred us to an outstanding restaurant within walking distance. Helped us a lot.

Fantastic location! Very easy to walk to the major tourist attractions in Tirana. Large, comfortable and clean rooms. Friendl, helpful and competent hotel staff.
