Parking on site, elevator, beautiful B&B. Kindless all the time. Great room, balcony, comfortable bed, outstanding pastries for breakfast home made. Recommended great local restaurant and trips.

It is a lovely blend of charm with modern convenience. The building is relatively new, but the rooms have been designed to look like a beautiful charming Italian villa style. The couple that run the BnB are extremely sweet and helpful. I would particularly heed her recommendations regarding restaurants, as they were excellent. We have been traveling for over a month, in many of the best foodie towns in Southern Europe, eating at great restaurants, and her recommendations … in Cosenza (!) were among the best. The highlight was the breakfast, which she prepared. The pastries were delectable. If I had one slight critique, it is the location. It is in a relatively quiet and relaxing part of town, but it is a bit of a hike from the historical center and other attractions in Consenza. Of course, the walk is lovely. You can walk town a narrow but very long park that is vibrant and pretty, with a great mountain view.

Everything was lovely. The place is safe, quiet and beautiful. The owners are extremely hospitable and sweet. I would stay there again when I return.

It was tasteful, clean and quiet. Our host was very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommended it as pleasant place to stay

The main problem was the difficulty to find the house, because it is not located exactly on the street. Other than that, it is run by a gentle couple of owners, who try hard to satisfy their clients. Probably the breakfast could be improved.

Stanza nel piano mansardato, pulita e silenziosa, i proprietari della struttura molto gentili e disponibili. Consigliatissimo!

Ontzettend vriendelijk, het betreft de bovenste verdieping van een appartementencomplex. Binnen is het keurig, alles van hoge kwaliteit en zeer nette staat. De buitenkant van het complex ziet er erg ”gebruikt” uit.

Ho prenotato senza aver indicazioni e devo dire che ho trovato un ambiente super accogliente. Era previsto un soggiorno di una sola notte essendo di passaggio ma nell’ottica di una vacanza in Calabria è da tenere sicuramente in considerazione. La struttura è molto bella e impeccabilmente pulita e Francesca e il papà sono stati molto ospitali. Lo consiglio veramente

Palazzo accogliente. Camere stupende in simbiosi con la spontanea gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari. Stanze molto accoglienti e ambienti pulitissimi. Colazione più che adeguata ma l’elemento forte e’ la professionalità e gentilezza dei proprietari. Impossibile trovare una nota stonata.

Notre B and B est situé dans la banlieue de Cosenza. Près de la rue centrale et pédestre très commerçante. Chambre cosi et très bien entretenue, wifi, petit déjeuner fait maison. Les propriétaires sont attentifs à nos demandes. Seul bémol à notre goût: l air conditionné qui ne fonctionnait pas, il fallait donc laisser les fenêtres ouvertes ( bruit des véhicules sur le pont autoroutier la nuit et les moustiques malgré la prise)
